Through a workshop-style session, we’ll distill your company’s path to success overseas onto a single sheet.

SMEs that expand overseas see their sales grow fivefold and productivity increase eightfold within five years.
Source: Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, “White Paper on International Trade and Industry 2023” (comparison between companies with 50–99 employees that have started exporting and those of the same size that have not). On the other hand, over 70% of SMEs have not yet expanded overseas. That is precisely why companies that act now will gain a significant edge.
That’s why we use manga and characters to convey “Japan as it is”—emotions and all.
(We are not an agency, a production company, or a consulting firm)
Hidetoshi Matsuyama’s 20 years of hands-on experience. In the 2025 Lazare Project, we won 47 out of 87 global submissions through our company’s competitive bid. We have a track record in France (11 times), Thailand, and Algeria.
We design “stories that fans want to support,” not mere “product presentations.” We ensure our work is remembered through its unique worldview.
A hybrid system that increases production speed tenfold without compromising human sensibility by even a millimeter.
Manga is not merely a form of expression for children. Hermès has no official corporate history; Keiko Takemiya’s manga *The Path of Hermès* is the only work that chronicles the company’s history. Gucci rolled out a collaboration with Hirohiko Araki in the windows of over 70 company-owned stores worldwide. This is a form of business expression that the world’s leading brands have chosen as a means to convey their own stories.
We have organized the “Osaka International Manga Grand Prix” with the support of the Kinki Bureau of Economy, Trade and Industry and Osaka Prefecture, among others. For 20 years, we have been at the forefront of connecting with the world through manga.
Even across different languages, animated characters convey emotions.

Evolved “Safety Alerts” into a “Beautiful System That Moves People”
We exhibited at Japan Expo, held in the suburbs of Paris, France. With 230,000 attendees, it’s France’s No. 1 event.Inside the venue, we saw French visitors enjoying themselves in a very cheerful and peaceful atmosphere. Thanks to your support, we distributed as many as 5,000 samples. Many of the ingredients were surprisingly unfamiliar to them, and the characters and manga you created were extremely helpful in fostering an understanding of Japanese food culture.
Before our first exhibition at Japan Expo in France, we were advised that it wouldn’t make sense to attend a manga event without showcasing manga. We prominently featured “Kagura-chan” and “Kuromame-chan” from JA Izumo, which had already been created by Manga Culture. Many people took photos of them, which served as a great opportunity to hand out our promotional materials.
The Val-d’Oise Department in France is part of the Paris economic region, which has a sister-city partnership with Osaka Prefecture. Following the 32nd anniversary event, we organized the 36th Japan-France Business Exchange Seminar—the first since the pandemic—with over 80 participants. Our company managed the entire project, including planning, operations, and attendee recruitment.
From on-site support to production, leave everything to us—including events like JAPAN EXPO and FIBDA.
We propose marketing strategies that combine social media, characters, and anime.
Through manga and translation, we’ll help you overcome language barriers with the magic of “Enchantement.”
We’ll discuss your company’s strengths and overseas target markets. We’ll determine the character profiles, story arc, and target countries.
We’ll produce manga, short animations, and social media posts. We’ll start with a small-scale launch and make adjustments based on the response.
We’ll nurture relationships through serialized content and expand our fan base worldwide through exhibitions, social media, and word of mouth.
